About This Mod

Fallout London is a good extension for Fallout 4, introducing a brand new setting outside the United States. The setting and plot are great, but unfortunately in balancing it still repeats the formula of the vanilla Fallout 4, which is not the best effect on immersion in the game. I am a fan of ItsYaBoyBrandyBoy's Hardcore Health Overhaul for Fallout 4. Unfortunately, by the time this add-on was created for Fallout London, there was no such fashion. So instead of begging other people to create it, I decided to do it myself. So, I present to you a hardcore health upgrade for Fallout London with a bonus in the form of NPC accuracy fixes, so that they are not too big an imbot, and their accuracy level more reflects their origin and level of training.

Objective

This mod changes the health values of most NPCs, from humans to robots to creatures, to have more reasonable, exciting, and reasonable health and damage resistance values. Values are based on realism (Ready or Not, Insurgency, Ground Branch, etc.), but still provide a convenience for the sake of role-playing. In addition to health metrics, the accuracy of NPC people and robots has been adjusted to reflect their backstory and level of training rather than being very inconsistent and out of line with the characters' story. It's not as hardcore as mil-sim, but it's not as arcade as the vanilla Fallout 4.

In any case, rushing into the firing squad, you will die very quickly.

Functions

- Adjust health and damage resistance

In humans, HP varies between 100 and 250 HP. Angel Trooper clones have HP in the range of 200-450 HP, as they are genetically engineered to outperform ordinary humans in physical and combat prowess. Superclones have 700-1000 HP. Hungry people have 600-1200 HP. Wombles have 900-1500 HP. Giant creatures such as Queen Mittenlurk possess a huge 3500 HP. HP robots range between 200 and 500 HP and have high ballistic damage resistance but low energy damage resistance.

As for humans, some factions have higher HP than others, because these factions are known to have more endurance personnel or training, such as the Melnik Men.

- Changes in NPC accuracy

The accuracy of the NPC is inconsistent. So I decided to tweak them to fit their origins and history. Here's how it works:

Bullies: 20% for low-to-mid-level NPCs, 40% for mid-to-high NPCs.

Syndicates: 20% for most members, 40% for mercenaries and veterans

Tramps: 40%

5th column: 30% with increased aggressiveness for most members, 50% with balanced aggressiveness for leaders and officers.

Camelot: 20% aggressive

Bifiters: 30% with increased aggression

Tommy: 70%

Miller's people: 50%

Jack Tars: 50%

Round: 20%

Guns: 40%

Angels: 70-90%

Robots and turrets: 70-90%

- Player character HP adjustment

The maximum HP is set to 250 HP, just like any other NPC person. You raise it with endurance points and life points. The format is the same as that of ItsYaBoyBrandyBoy's Hardcore Health Overhaul.

- Damage from limbs

Limb damage is now 0.6 times the damage multiplier, but limbs are easier to maim.

NOTE: This mod only changes health and resistance. It does not affect Legendary Spawns, Perks, or weapon damage values.

Recommendation

- [HARD REQUIREMENT] Install Hardcore Health Overhaul from ItsYaBoyBrandyBoy and ignore True Damage and Scourge requirements. Do not use True Damage or Scourge, or you may encounter potentially game-destroying issues.

- Install the Caliber-Based Damage for Fallout London mod as this health update mod is based on it.

Installation

- Either use the mod manager or put it in the data folder.

- Remember to activate ItsYaBoyBrandyBoy's Hardcore Health Overhaul mod as it is a strict requirement before activating this mod.
