About This Mod

Save my eldest son: ...... Description.


I don't want to completely break the canon of this game, so I decided to bring back Márquez as a ghost!

This mod brings Malikette back to the game as one of the "abandoned spirits" you find while traveling through Interland!


Inspired by 4smt820only and his fashion Save my good boy, which gave Blade a happy ending, I tried to do the same for Malekith.

It worked out, but unfortunately it's much harder than Blade's (maybe because I'm stupid).

All in all, this mod created Malekith (a model of the character fighting in Farum Azur, not a pole) as a pole barking and snarling at night outside Bestial Sanctum (to me, it looks more like a black panther than a fanged beast, but I don't know...) and makes him appear in the same place as a ghost. He can't interact, but he's still suffering enough.


The mod consists of three separate files, and it should be almost compatible with all other mods. I say "should be" because I still use 1.10.1, mod that I have manually combined in Seamless Coop, I have not yet updated the game, I have not played in DLC (I know, but it destroys my "of course will be destroyed" mod, I wanted to finish it before I need to).

Also, I use Mod Engine 2, and I have no idea how to use mods made in another way.


Update:

Now there is a folder in the file from which you just paste it into the Mod Loader 2 folder. There is only one process. No need to edit the file, just import the .csv file into Smithbox and merge it!


In order for this to work, you need to throw a modified version of the Greylor's Dragonbarrow - Bestial Sanctum card into the modmapmapstudio folder (an example is a duplicate of Gurranq/Maliketh with the necessary NPCParam, just added).


You must also place the modified m60_51_43_00.emevd.dcx file in the modvent folder. It's an important piece of code that allows you to be reborn in Kerida after defeating Mariquez.


Finally, you need to edit the NPCParam 21101000 (Maliketh) entry in the edit file. If you are still using the same version as me, congratulations - you have updated to the new version! (After the upgrade, everything is still!) .

I'll make sure to provide you with the .csv file with all the necessary changes to make Malikette look ghostly. If not, either wait for my update (now 1.13.2) or change the lockOn and spEffect fields (there is an additional Malicode file to explain what changed).


It should work!

I tested it in my game by playing it twice in a row, but I can't say I did it for sure...
