About This Mod

Updated to patch 2.1! Ghost Freedom quests still don't have targets for stealth runners, but will be added in the next major update I'll be working on.

The essence of this fashion is a system that adds stealth-related goals to every applicable main quest, side/minor quest, quest, quest, and NCPD scanner job. The goal is to motivate and encourage stealth gameplay, improving vanilla experiences by tracking these goals as rewarding tasks to be accomplished. This is not a remake of existing stealth gameplay (a significant change in enemy AI would be a very different fashion - and not an easy one), but it makes an existing stealth game more interesting.

By doing these tasks, you get XP, Street Cred, Headhunter XP, money and recipes (depending on the task). Completing enough quests of each type will also unlock rewards, including perk glasses, access to new cyber weapons in ripperdocs, recipes for new cult weapons (one now, others to come), and access to perks in the Stealthrunner perk tree.

Stealth Runner Tasks

Ghost: Avoid detection by enemies (engaging in combat). This is included in most missions. If the game forces you to be detected, this feature will be disabled.

Shadow: don't arouse suspicion (enemies don't notice you at all or find corpses). If you attack enemies behind the scenes and cannot quickly disarm them, this target will fail. Tracking your breaches too often will fail that goal. New in 1.1.0: detection strips must be 50% full in order to fail "Shadow" (value configurable).

Pacifist: Do not kill human enemies (or civilians) associated with the mission. Mechs, androids, and drones can be destroyed (it is assumed that the pilot of the mechs will survive).

Do not touch: Avoid attacking enemies in any way (hidden hacks and pocket burglaries are allowed). Targets that must be attacked to complete a task are excluded (but the target will be disabled for tasks with one target, such as cyber psychopaths).

Hero: Complete quests and quests where innocent civilians are threatened by preventing them from dying and neutralizing all enemies threatening the victims. The goals of the gig for rescue are not considered victims for this purpose. This applies only to missions where a civilian is held hostage or attacked by enemies (almost all of which are associated with NCPD scanners). In some cases, enemies have to kill a civilian if you don't intervene, but performing any mission with a victim where no victim is killed will bring you a "Hero" target. Missions in which civilians are engaged in their affairs are not considered. If you decide to shoot the bar, you put them at risk. Missions with invincible civilians are not counted.

Immediate reward for each goal:

Ghost/Shadow: Money, Headhunter XP

Pacifist: XP, Street Cred

Untouchable: XP, Street Cred, Headhunter XP

Hero: Money, random weapon recipe (randomized recipe randomized, but with the necessary skills of the artisan weight aside more rarity)

Settings

This mod has a menu of settings in the "Mods" menu (via Native Settings UI). There are options to enable or disable some elements of the Fashion UI, rewards settings that this mod gives, some options to increase the complexity of stealth, and options to change all values of items and perks added by this mod (item options are currently disabled, but will be returned in a future update). At the very bottom are some debug settings (for example, enabling console logging) that I use and can ask you to turn on if you are having problems with the mode.image 1 for Stealthrunner - extension for stealth games
