The new update allows 100% dismemberment of limbs when killing enemies.
Wound values are set with a higher chance of being crippled
Weapon fashions will always 100% dismember the limbs of enemies, and they will die on impact
All weapons (T1-T5++) without additional mods will always dismember the limbs on final impact.
Enemies with cybernetic limbs can be dismembered and left alive while in combat.
Androids have higher survival rates for limb dismemberment. You can spread them head, arms and legs, and they'll still be alive, depending on how much HP they have.
If you set the Severance Iconic mod to any melee weapon, it will always trigger dismemberment when hitting the enemy's limbs! A little too OT, but pretty fun! Especially if you take their heads off. Automatic dismemberment when hit on the limbs by any projectile weapon with a mod!!!!.
Here is a line to add severance mode using the CET console command:

It was originally intended to be part of my next BLOOD FX fashion update - EGGHANCED, but I did it myself for those who only need tweaks dismemberment.
