About This Mod
If you want to use this with my Lifepath Determines Starting Attributes mod, then you only need ONE OF THE MAIN FILES... Addons are incompatible with this mod, so don't take any of them...
By default, the game limits each attribute to a minimum of 3rd level and a maximum of 6th... This mod removes these restrictions so you can lower the level of attributes and get more points that can be spent on the skills you need... It won't give you more points than usual, just let you redistribute the existing... New addons are a good way to get more points (or less) if you want...
Installation:
Set requirements (TweakXL) if you don't already have them.
Extract to CP77 installation main folder

Uninstall:
Remove the '00NoCharacterCreationAttributeRestrictions' folder from the [CP77>r6>tweaks] folder.
