About This Mod

Make the introduction to some of the Night City fixers less strident and more exciting.

Wakako directs Vi to Regina when Watson blocks you from getting into Japantown.

Dino, El Capitan, Dakota and Mr. Hands will introduce themselves after they notice that V has completed a NCPD scan in their area.

Wee may seek Padra's help in making contact with Mr. Hands if he does not know when he will need to find a way to contact the Voodoo Boys.

The representations of Wakako and Padre will remain unchanged, as they are already familiar with V.

Regina will call about Cyberpsycho's quests as soon as you prove her reliability (complete the first level quests, approximately 5).


How many NCPD scanner jobs do you need to attract Fixer's attention?

Depends on how famous Vee is!

The more V is known, the fewer jobs are needed.

When do I get a call for a repair worker?

After 30-45 minutes (in the game) after completing enough side tasks in the area, and the repairman will call when you can answer (i.e. not during the active quest, etc.).

Dakota can also call when Panama introduces you to Aldecaldos.


What if I do a quest to contact Padre and then contact Mr. Hands in the usual way?

Then the quest will be updated to the next step and will continue as usual.


What if I've already met all the Fixers?

Then this mod is not for you (at the moment) on this save.

Possible future updates may include:

  • Adds messages from Repair Workers when the next level/range of their jobs appears on the map.
  • Relocation of relevant items and bonuses from various locations around the world to the maintenance base.



Installation?

Extract the primary zip into the Cyberpunk 2077 folder so that the .archive and .archive.xl files are in the Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod» folder.

The 'ImmersiveFixers' must be in the 'Cyberpunk 2077\r6\tweaks' folder.


Uninstall?

To avoid being in a state where one of the fixers is still pending implementation, simply delete the ImmersiveFixers.archive and ImmersiveFixers.archive.xl files from the "Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod»" folder. The r6/tweaks/ImmersiveFixers folder can also be deleted.


Requirements:

ArchiveXL (also required by Red4Ext): Regina and Mr. Hands's new entries won't work until this tweet works.

TweakXL (also requires Red4Ext): The Regina Negotiation Device and new Fixer unlocks will not work correctly without this.

Since trying to play with this mod, but without ArchiveXL/Red4ext, can potentially completely disrupt the gameplay, there are steps that pause/wait until part of the ArchiveXL mod/dependencies will work. But still, please make sure that all mods and all dependencies are set.

Languages

Maud uses existing voice lines for Regina's intercom, so must work in all game languages.

New text messages are currently only in English, but files are ready to support translations
