How to change settings:
1) Go to the root folder of Cyberpunk 2077 and go to bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\BlackwallDaemonTweaks\init.lua
2) Edit init.lua with the text editor you selected.
3) Go to the local Settings = {
4) Change the values to the ones you want.
5) Save and play.

In order to spawn the Canto MK.6 cyberdeck (using Cyber Engine Tweaks), issue this command:
