About This Mod

This tool allows you to manage the zoning of roads in your city. You may or may not install zones on either side of the road. Roads can be placed close to each other so that areas do not intersect.


Use on New Roads

- When you set the mod, a button for it appears in the upper right corner. It's a colored icon.

- Clicking the button closes the zoning UI.

- Zoning settings are applied to the new path. So if you want to draw a zoned road on a certain side or not, you can select this option. Zoning is determined by the direction in which the road is built.


Use on existing roads

- To update the zoning of an existing road, click the Zoning Tool button to activate the Zoning tool.

· When activated, the "Zoning Tool" button will turn green. This means that the tool is running. To stop the tool, click the Zoning Tool button again.

- You can choose which zoning settings will be updated. For example, select LEFT if you only want to update the zoning on the left side of the road. Here, too, the direction in which the road was built is important.

- To change the zoning of an existing road, left-click the road you want to upgrade. Click and drag to select multiple roads.


Note that the zoning will not be changed if there are buildings on the road. This is to prevent buildings from appearing when zoning is removed.
