About This Mod
Tenochtitlan, Mexico, 1524 AD.
This map is the fruit of my efforts to visualize my CMR maps in shades of gray. And what better way than a pyramid to make this idea work?
Where Mexico City today is today, Lake Texcoco once stood. On its banks towered the ancient capital of the Aztecs - Tenochtitlan. The great city and its lake, destroyed by the Spanish in 1525, are now extinct. This map represents the territory before the arrival of Europeans.
The map is based on a map by Hernando Cortes/Nuremberg, dated 1524.
Tenochtitlan resembled Venice in its structure, with hundreds of islands and canals. This is reflected in the details of the map.
Card Installation:
- Extract the .cok and .cok.cid files into the AppData/LocalLow/Colossal Order/Cities Skylines II/Maps folder.
- If the "maps" folder does not exist in the specified location, create it.
Map information: CLIMATE: 11-27 °C LATITUDE: Northern Hemisphere BUILDING AREA: 40% OUTER CONNECTIONS: All types are available. Highways. Railways. Maritime Transport. Air traffic. Power supply. NATURAL RESOURCES: Extensive reserves of fertile soil, oil and ore covering a large part of the territory.
