About This Mod
Moves the time window of destructive anger to a later date, only working after you have rolled high enough to strike.
It also adds the effect of lightning (from the call of lightning) on the player when activated, because I think it looks cool.
In addition, it modifies destructive anger once per turn, which may affect certain settings of the speed/blood thirst elixir/mind sanctuary. This is done to prevent the possibility of using Wrath for each enemy in a spell across the area, even though one use of Wrath affects the entire spell.
