About This Mod

This mod fixes some problems with vanilla container user interface.


The grid is shallow. The default 3x5 grid means you need to scale it by dragging a small scale button each time you open one of your bags. With this mod the default mesh is 6x7 (or 5x5 if you prefer the middle ground), the 8x9 mesh is also available.

The Collation button is a strange joke. There's no point hiding the sort behind this button if you can give it immediate access. With the mod, "sorting options" are gone forever, you have access to sorting and switch inventory from the very beginning.

When you instinctively try to drag the window by clutching the top of the panel, you click on the "Collation" button mentioned above. All other parts of the panel are not particularly easy to grip. Mod frees up space at the top of the panel for drag and drop.

The game attempts to draw a container panel on top of the container model. This means that when you scale it, you will no longer be able to see the character and the container. Also, when you call the inventory panel, the container will always overlap it. The mod will render the panel to the right of the container and a little lower (not always, keep this in mind only if there is enough space in the UI), trying to make the container items ready to be dragged onto the inventory panel when you call it.

When the container is scaled to the maximum, the scaling button leaves room on the panel. The zoom button in the lower right corner sticks to the panel space (at the price minus one row of maximum height).

The container name, the weight of the contents and the value in gold are added. May be useful for evaluating containers with loot.
