About This Mod

Adding new custom disciplines for psychers: Note: This mod is a OwlcatModManager mod and requires MicroPatches to install correctly. This mod (at the moment) adds a new discipline of the psycher to the list of potential approved disciplines of the psycher. The electromant "By directing a deadly storm shaking warp, or by generating biological lightning from the nervous system, the electromant causes fear on every battlefield. The Electromant discipline includes shock damage, blindness status, and a special debaffe called Static Charge. psybolt - Psykers call lightning from Empyreus, dealing 5 + (PsyRating x WillpowerBonus) shock damage. If the target has a static charge stack, the spell hits the same number of times, and all static charge stats are removed.Warp Storm - everyone in range receives X to Y shock damage and is forced to pass the dexterity resistance test. All targets that fail the test are blinded until the next move of the psycher. Blinding light - each enemy in the line of sight receives one rank of static charge and is forced to make a durability check. All targets that fail verification are blinded until the next Psyker turn and receive PsyRating/2x Static Charge Electrokinetic Whip - Chain Lightning Long Range Damage - hooks up to four targets within a 3-cell radius, each of which deals Psy Rating x PsypowerBonus damage Neural Surge - deals WP bonus impact damage to the target ally. At the start of each round, the affected ally receives a Motion Points equal to their Endurance Bonus. The Static Charge ability is applied to target melee attacks. Thunderbolt - If the enemy at the head of the line is stunned, blinded, or a static charge stack is in sight of the Psyker, he receives a WP bonus for shock damage.Neural Shield - Psyker receives +( 8 + 8 * PsyRating)% of additional armor and half of this amount against energy damage from exotic and powerful weapons.Storm Summoner - when the Psyker deals shock damage to the unit, attacks and abilities of the Psyker deal +1 damage until the end of this fight. Crooked pitch - gives dexterity to allies under the influence of psychic force. Fighting Mage - If the only weapon the Psyker has is a melee weapon that is not a single-handed staff, the Psyker can make an additional melee attack at -15 malus of weapon agility on the first move of each use of the Psyker's damaging power (this ability allows you to determine if you have a bolter in the secondary weapon slot). You only get this additional melee attack if your character's melee weapon is the only weapon. This ability has an implicit affinity for single-handed wands. (Allows use of Gandalf Eisenhorn style with sword/mace/ax in one hand and staff in the other) Buffy/Debuff Static Charge - up to 5 stakes, -5 AGI per stack Specifications Roadmap Complete list of 6 abilities ✔ Available to mercenaries ✔ Samples of psychic awakening abilities ✔ Complete list of 5-8 abilities ✘ WIP in order of priority - 3 new but permitted disciplines for psychics inspired by the most extreme god of Chaos - Restoration and expansion of cut content "Disciplines of telekinesis" Also can be funky, such as Voidfrost, which are canon canon and semi canon.
