About This Mod
Modify the Cold Merchant's Insight talent to give a claimed bonus to the skill.
Origin Talent "Cold Dealer's Insight" should give a skill bonus based on the 2x rank of the faction to which they belong, but in reality the bonus to the Brotherhood of Void is absent, and Casballica and Researchers get 1 only 1x bonus given to Casballica and Researchers. With this modification, the Brotherhood of Void will now give double faction rank to Coercion, and the Casballica and Explorers will give double faction rank to Commerce and Use of Technology respectively.
