About This Mod
Description.
Exactly as it is written on the package. This is a patch that adds historical portrait frames to all the characters in 'Extended Characters and Commanders of Historical Significance' fashion.
This patch was based on the December 20, 2022 release of ECCHI and a rough Python script to automate changes for each character. There can be strange extremes when this doesn't work, and no effort has been made to remove existing ECCHI characters added as agitators to VOTP DLC. The purpose of this fashion is a quick fix to mark the character as historical for clarity, and nothing more.
