About This Mod
Description.
This mod adds a new principle to the power bloc; AI does not use that principle.
Local autonomy is the opposite of the vassalization principle group, reducing the tribute paid by subjects to the suzerain state but with less independence, and giving a leader a bonus of influence to maintain the coalition. This is the right choice if you do not want to manage a large empire in detail. Citizens have healthier economies and can maintain larger armies to help in wars.
For players who don't want to create a sphere of influence, I've decided to allow the use of forces that will reduce the independence of the vassal.
