Overview.
James's Korea Flavour Pack ((J)KFP) is a mod that aims to give Chosun its historical flavor. It features a number of historical characters and DNA acting as administrators, commanders, ISIS leaders, and instigators. It also features old expanded flags: Korea mod includes many flags from my fashion, dynamic country names and colors, and unique political parties and interest groups.
The KFP comes with detailed diary entries and a chain of events, as well as the historical context that unfolded during much of the campaign on the Korean Peninsula. You will have to subdue the Korean regime under fire at the end of the Sedo era, pacify or suppress the Imo and Dongak Peasant Revolts, and modernize the country through Kwangmu’s reform program. It is up to you, in one of the most tumultuous periods in history, to decide whether this young kingdom will remain a small and distant point on the map, or fulfill its wildest dreams and become an Asian power comparable to China and Japan.
I am neither a historian nor a Korean. I am a Korean American with an easy interest in Korean history. I have no authoritative sources of information, no desire and no means to track such things. This content is intended for historical inspiration, but is not 100% historically accurate depictions of events or figures in Korean history.
