About This Mod
It is a mod for sound upgrades for JNR 101 series electric trains for MT46 traction sound. An example of opening and closing doors or a resistor cooling fan. The current is compatible with the EMU 101, 153, 157 and 401/421 series.
The MT46 is an electric traction motor first used in the JNR 101 series electric trains in 1957. It was compatible with the gimbal drive, allowing higher speeds and higher acceleration/deceleration. The power was 100 kW per unit (400 kW per wagon), and was subsequently used in electric trains of the 111, 151, 153, 157, 401/421, 451/471 series, etc. However, due to low power, the MT54 production (per unit 120 kW, per car 480 kW) was shifted after 1963. For commuter trains, production switched to the more economical MT55.
This sound mode refers to the use of some (or all) of the following modes. And it needs to be sorted so that it loads after these compatible mods.
The May 30, 2022 update supported the 157, KuRo 157 and 153 series air-conditioned cars. The July 10, 2022 update supports the 401/421 series.
