It's DLC! These are individual items, with new icons and updated names.
Made so that it can be equipped as a complete set (otherwise you will encounter a lack of mesh/textures/seams/etc.).

Must be available in the first game play and in the new game plus
According to stats, it is between the upgraded and crafted witcher armor, I intend it to be viable for medium and late play (I don't know if there are level requirements, I play without level requirements, let me know and I can adjust it if needed)
You can buy at Elihal's clothing store outside Novigrad.

just drop the 'dlc_kensei' folder into the dlc folder
