Patch from 1.32 to 1.31 - enable mods and debug console plus free camera fix
About This Mod
This mod removes and replaces any changes made to the 1.32 update that was released today (2018/11/06) for those who had problems with it or who want to use the debug console with 1.32.
This mod is required if you want to use a free camera with version 1.32.
You must reinstall mods that modify files in "The Witcher 3\bin\config" anyway.
This mod is only required for the steam version of the game, as the GOG version is not yet updated.
It has been tested and runs on both GOTY and non-GOTY editions of the game.
Installation:
1.)
Copy and save the following files elsewhere:
The Witcher 3\content\metadata.store
The Witcher 3\content\metadata.store.stamp
The Witcher 3\content\patch1\enpc.w3speech
The Witcher 3\content\patch1\bundles\patch.bundle
The Witcher 3\content\content0\dep.cache
The Witcher 3\content\content0\x64.final.redscripts
The Witcher 3\content\content0\cn.w3strings
The Witcher 3\content\content0\bundles\r4gui.bundle
The Witcher 3\content\content0\bundles\r4items.bundle
The Witcher 3\content\content0\bundles\startup.bundle
The Witcher 3\bin\x64\witcher3.exe

Remove 'cn.w3strings' from 'The Witcher 3\content\content0\'
3.)
Unpack this mod into the Witcher 3 Root folder. Say yes when he asks you to overwrite.
(Typically located in: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\The Witcher 3").
4.)
Start the game.
Uninstall:
Simply replace the mod files with the ones you have previously saved.
