Today I decided to replay this game and can not do it without this fashion. The creator of this fashion seems to have abandoned it, so I spent a few hours learning how to make it, and pulled out a lot of hair in the process.
But my perseverance has taken over, and now my OCD can rest easy.
Anyway...
Briefly: Weapons and armor are now always falling with as many attributes as possible. Basic damage still depends on the level of the item that has not changed.
For example:
Relic Arbitrator can land with a Critical Hit damage bonus ranging from 10% to 50% and a Dismemberment chance of 1% to 10%. Normally these values are randomized, but with this mode this sword will always fall with the best possible values.
I quickly reviewed the DLC, but it seems that no weapons have randomized stats, except for some sticks (which I ignored). So I think I'm done.
To make sure the mod works, I did a little testing in the game, sleeping on relic swords. Mod tested on GoG GOTY version, 1.31.
1.02: I have also fashioned low-level weapons such as rusty swords, secondary weapons and basic armor, and made the quality of items static. I'm not sure it's going to please everyone, because from what I've seen, you can expect a much better drop.
1.03: Correction of Hjalmar's relic sword and Devine's relic sword. Fortunately, if you already have one of these swords in your inventory, the correction will have retroactive effect. (Checked on Devine's sword).
For some reason, in the original files of the game, the maximum value of some of the characteristics of these swords is less than the minimum value. I decided to change the maximum value to the minimum value because the game would still choose a low value, but after I found the Devine sword in the game, I noticed that it was not so because there was something strange in its stats. In short: fixed.
1.04: I was working on another mod, and for some reason the file from this mod ended up in version 1.03 of this mod. This is quite unpleasant, as users of version 1.03 will lose their bolts.
I'm sorry, and I hope people know how to use console commands to get them back. Needless to say, this is fixed at 1.04.
