Anti-Stutter - High CPU Priority - SW Outlaws

Simple registry editing to enable high processor priority for the Star Wars Outlaws executable. This will help improve performance on weak processors. Helps reduce stutter on all processors. Productivity improvements are not guaranteed, sometimes they can be worse (though this is unlikely). Mileage can vary. The main improvement that this mod can give is a reduction in stuttering, even if the FPS remains the same. 

Simply run the Install .reg file to enable the changes.

Run the .reg file "Uninstall" to delete the changes if you have problems.

The file needs to be run only once and will be installed until you uninstall it.

You can run files from any folder.

You must be able to edit the registry (administrator in Windows).

This can also be done using Bitsum's "Process Lasso" if you prefer to use it (I also use it). These registry files provide a simple solution, so you don't need any additional software. In fact, there are many ways to make changes, but it's just a simple and convenient way that doesn't require technical knowledge.
