How to replace music_sounds_radio and main menu
About This Mod
In this guide I will tell you how to make a replacement for music, sound, radio and the main menu.
The attached post has useful information and tools for modding.
Tools You Need
FModel: To extract files
RePak: to decompress and repackage .pak files
Addon for RePak: Drag-drop RePak for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2.
OR you can use unrealpack instead
Wwise Audio: To replace audio (account required).
Most of the configs and audio files are in pakchunk0-Windows.pak
When you open audio and music files with FModel, see:
Stalker2 > Content > _STALKER2 > Audio > WwiseAudio > Media.
Audio files are called numbers, at the moment I know only which one is the music menu - 42470430.
You can unzip all files and filter them by size - large files are often music or radio tracks.
Music Replacement
Convert audio to WAV format first
Convert WAV to WEM
Open Audiokinetic Launcher, start Wwise, and create a new project.
On the Project tab, select Import Audio Files and drag your file.
After importing, select Convert All Audio Files on the project tab.
The converted WEM file will be located in the project directory in the .cache folder.
You can watch this video for review (leave the project default settings).
Rename the WEM file to match the name of the file you want to replace (for menu music, use 42470430.wem).
Create a folder that duplicates the path to the original file (yourmodfolder\Stalker2\Content\_STALKER2\Audio\WwiseAudio\Media) and place the renamed WEM file there.
Drag the folder into repak.bat to repackage mods.

Convert the video to the same resolution as the original file. I use CloudConvert to convert MP4 to WMV, change resolution to 3840×2160 and remove sound.
Convert to BK2 format
Download Rad Video Tools.
And this is the Bink2 add-on for converting WMV to BK2.
Back up your original video files before replacing them. Rename the file and replace the original video
The original video files are in:
\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 The Heart of Chernobyl\Stalker2\Content\Movies\MainMenuVideo
The only thing I don't know is how to change the menu sounds (fire and surrounding sounds).
