About This Mod

I made some changes to the A-Life director's radius and timeline, and now I'm testing it in my own walkthrough and I've noticed a noticeable difference. I will be happy for any feedback or thoughts, there are still a few configurations that I have been tinkering with, but not ready to share, as they can cause serious errors.

(I worry that the a-life system may simply be turned off altogether, and that the configurations I'm changing are actually doing nothing at the moment, or that I haven't made any meaningful full changes, a kind of placebo.)

I have had several events that seem to suggest that it works:

during the ejection, i heard gunshots across the river from the blockade north of the Gulf, and when i went to check, there were a lot of dead stalkers and a couple of stragglers who i assume won the fight. This was not the case before these changes.

The world has become visibly more hostile as I have come across stalkers and mutants more often. The spawn next to the player still seems to be a problem, and I believe this may be due to the way unreal handles navigation, although this requires more careful investigation.

To install:

\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Heart of Chornobyl\Stalker2\Content\Paks, place the pak file in "Location":\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Heart of Chornobyl\Stalker2\Content\Paks.

Immediately after downloading I found out that people have already made some of these changes to other mods in gamma discord, I'm going to continue working on this, but it seems that the mod Super A-Life Maybe from NickMillion is a little deeper and solves some other problems.
