You also have several chocobo companions (wait-follow-trade-favor-waiver).
You can summon (9) Shobo Mounts and simple followers (Winged Shobo) wherever you want.
You can easily get rid of them whenever you want with the help of "Tome:Dismiss Summoned Chocobo Spell".
Wild chocobos are... in the world of Skyrim!
