About This Mod

As the skill level increases, the pawn gains an additional chance to gain Fire Light. For those who always have a high multiplier of Global Learning Factor status per game, this will be a very good option.

 

For this to work, you need Vanilla Skill Expansion and Harmony. I would also recommend adding my mod VSE Rebalance and mod EndlessGrowth.

The pawn's fascination with various skills goes something like this:

Apathetic -> No -> Minor -> Important -> Fair -> Natural -> Critical.

 

As the pawn's passion increases, the chance of increasing the passion decreases.

 

I designed this mod to work well with my other mod, VE Skill Rebalance. In effect, it balances the impact of different Passions on learning speed so that, for example, Critical does not give a significant negative bonus to all other skills, so that the increase in Critical level at the pawn will not happen. This is done so that the pawns do not raise their level to critical. On the other hand, they can enjoy raising the pawn to a critical level. The balance depends on you if you are trying to get specialized pawns through large colonies.
