This mod loader allows you to replace any rpf file in the game.
Simply copy the rpf file you want to replace to the kml/rpf folder.
This is especially useful for people with a version of Rockstar Games Launcher, as the lounge often removes all your mods.
Your RDR. installation folder should contain these files:
ScriptHookRDR.dll
dinput8.dll
kml.asi
kml/rpf folder
