Sprites and voice acting for Aperture shortcuts

This translator will eventually add Russian voiceover to the "Portal 2" mod "Aperture Tag: The Paint Gun Testing Initiative". All the voices were made in previously available Russian subtitles, so the translator does not match what is written in the subtitles or byatina. In addition, there is a possibility to choose the translation of the text in sprites with any text: The voice of "Nigel" worked in the Russifier, and the sound of the turret was apparently taken from the regular Russian version of "Portal 2".
