Definition
The green crystal is very rare, but when it is found, it causes general disappointment about the dihydrogen.
This mode replaces the reward for green crystals with ionized cobalt, which slightly increases the probability of green crystals appearing in cave biomes.
Crystals are still very rare (but not as diplo-rare as they are now), so this change, in my opinion, is not balanced.
