About This Mod

This mod changes all of the game's equipment according to the historical period presented in the game. This change affects not only the equipment of lords, soldiers, arenas and bandits, but also civilians of all factions! I Danil from Russia and recreate medieval Germany of XIII century. I am aware of some problems with the visual part of the game and decided to fix them without third-party fixes. This mod changes all of the game's equipment according to the historical period presented in the game. The changes affect not only the equipment of lords, soldiers and bandits, but also civilians of all factions. The appearance of the fractions changes to the appearance of the culture entrusted by the developer. There are no other mod elements in the game, only vanilla game elements. For example, how would you describe the Vrandius faction? Vrandia was redesigned to mimic the early Romanesque period and the mid-12th century (civil and combat units). What changes will affect them? Only knights and lords will have swords and additional weapons in the form of cavalry axes and clubs/swords, also spears will be added. The entire infantry would be simplified: the senior sergeants would have only chain mail and short armor (and not all), the infantry helmets would have basic serberia and chapel (for all), and the torso would protect gambezon or ordinary civilian clothing. The knights have huberk and brigantine (closed helmets only for cavalry of the 4th and 5th ranks). The main weapon of infantry will be a conventional spear, they may not have shields. One-handed axes, falchions, and large falchions were also added to some infantry. Changed damage display of some weapons (verified using RBM fashion). Tactical emphasis was placed on cavalry. The infantry is the majority, but its defense is very low, and it loses against other factions. The Knights' tactics were to protect the flanks, point-blank fire (hit and run), pursue retreating troops, destroy archers, and run into enemy rear areas. This tactic is used by AI itself, without introducing the player to the essence of what is happening. Increased damage from running horses - increased risk of being knocked down by running horses.
