About This Mod
This mod allows players to wear any armor within the city. There are already several mods that do this, but none of them have been updated for some time (and does not contain the latest armor for the game). I just looked through the spitems folder and added the civilian = 'true' flag to each entry. If there is any reservation I missed, please let me know.1.5.4 Note: Please make a backup. This will overwrite the spitems folder (containing all armor and weapons).
