About This Mod
4Obscure API (1.20.1) is a technical mod that contains the code necessary for other mods to work.
Features.
Class Equipment:
Ability to assign a game class to an item (for example, necromancer), which is displayed in the item description.
Class equipment can have custom bonuses (for example, “necromancer class weapons have -30% reload time” or “necromancer class weapons has 30% ability power").
While the armor is equipped, the bonus applies to all items that match the description.
Weapon Abilities.
Any weapon can be assigned abilities , including passive, offensive, active, and overactive effects.
Each effect can be assigned a cost (cooldown, item stamina, player experience, or custom cost).
Effect cost and strength dynamically are changed in the item description if there is a corresponding bonus to class armor.
Item Upgrade:
This mod adds materials to the game to upgrade items. You can add material properties to your own items.
Each material has unique properties and can be applied to items of different types and levels.
Using materials you can upgrade any equipment to [ item name] +10 and increase its main attributes (weapon damage and armor protection). Changes are displayed in the item tooltip.
Displaying attributes (client side only):
Equipment displays its attributes using icons in the tooltip (can be disabled in the config (Obscuria/obscure- api-client.toml)).
Displaying food attributes in tooltips using icons (can be disabled in the configuration (Obscuria/obscure-api-client.toml)).
Advanced item description (client side only):
Knowledge can be added to the item ID.
Knowledge strings can be added to any item by ID (the text will be hidden if the player does not have the effect "Knowledge").
Animation library "Hecate":
A simple purely mathematical library that animates creatures using the Obscuria mod.
