About This Mod

Most of the vanilla buildings in Minecraft have remained unchanged since their inception. Most buildings remained untouched by the developers after being added to the game. If you visit the village in the new version of the game and compare it with the old version, you will notice that nothing has changed in the shape and color of the buildings. But not now! The Building Palettes mod adds a customization that allows vanilla buildings to use different palettes of blocks. A palette of blocks is a collection of beautifully looking blocks. The palette of blocks used in vanilla villages is a type of log and made of it boards, stairs and slabs. The Mod allows you to change this by using a configuration file. You can build a village with the blocks you want, for example, with blocks of dark stone or blocks with a theme of nether. The mode allows only the blocks to be changed without changing the shape of the structure. By default, the mod does nothing, so you need to configure it to really change the structure. The configuration file for the palette of blocks used in the screenshot can be downloaded below. Download the latest version below and extract the zip file to the structurepalettes config folder.
