About This Mod

BuildCraft Mod (1.12.2) is a very large mod that allows you to automate Minecraft. It is a mod that extends Minecraft with a system of powered machines and tools. It adds many machines to automate work and pipes for transporting objects, liquids and energy.

The biggest additions to build craft are the pipes and MJ (Minecraft Joules). Pipes are used to transfer objects, liquids and mechanical energy between the inventory/machine. There are many different types of tubes, all with unique features including wood, cobblestone, stone, sandstone, iron, gold, diamond, emerald and obsidian. Mj is used to power BuildCraft machines and BuildCraft-compatible machines because Redstone tubes are used to make liquid tubes so they can carry liquid, or they transport mechanical energy using a pipe sealant. For example, a machine with thermal expansion requires MJ.

Features:

Mechanical equipment

BuildCraft has many machines that you can use to automate the process. All shall use the Redstone flux (RF) energy generated by 1 or more motors.

Career: This machine is developing the terrain until it reaches lava or bedrock.

Mine well: This machine digs straight until it reaches lava or bedrock. Used in the manufacture of pumps.

Pump: This machine pumps liquid and feeds it through a waterproof tube.

Auto-cracking table: This machine, supplied with recipes and ingredients, pumps handmade products. Material is removed from the nearest drawer for use.

Recycling: This machine, powered by a Stirling engine or more, will slowly convert oil into fuel and provide the internal combustion engine with more power than crude oil.

Tank: A simple stackable tank, not a machine, can store liquids including lava, water, oil and fuel.

Engine

The engine is used to actuate the machine and the designer. They can also be used to extract items from inventory using wooden tubes. Other FTB modes, such as FORESTRY and Railcraft, add many engines to the game, such as an electric engine that uses IC2power (EU) to generate MJ power. The engine starts when powered by Redstone and slowly accelerates as it warms up. If the engine overheats, it will explode. But a Redstone engine cannot explode if it is connected to anything that takes energy, such as a wooden pipe.

Transportation

Tubes are used to transport supplies, liquids and energy between warehouses. There are 8 types of all pipes with unique characteristics, it is wooden, cobblestone, stone, sandstone, iron, gold, diamond, obsidian. The tubes are used as tubes to carry liquid or to make waterproof tubes from redstone to make conductive tubes to carry energy.

Building

All this allows you to automate the construction and, in some cases, the destruction of blocks.

Filler: This machine performs different functions depending on the template defined in the GUI.

Constructor: This machine creates everything defined in blueprint, provided it has access to the necessary resources displayed in the GUI.

Architect table: The architects table is used to copy and "scan" the volume of interest and save it to blueprint for later use by the designer.

Schema: Used in the architect table to save the scanned area for later use in the designer. Preserves the actual type of the block.

Template: Like drawings, this stores a description of the block in an area that can be recreated by the developer, but the template stores only the location of the block, not its type.

Land signs: You can use them to select an area for the architect's table, as well as quarries and fillers.

gate.

A gate is a creation method that allows for advanced discovery and interaction. They are capable of many things, such as engine heating, inventory, MJ energy storage, machine condition, moving objects through pipes and detecting redstone signal.

Mechanism

The machines are a key part of BuildCraft and are used to make everything from engines to quarries and autocratic tables. All of them are available in 5 variants that complement each other. Other mods add extra gears to fashion packages, such as forestry, which adds tin, copper and bronze gears for this machine, and thermal expansion also adds tin and copper gears, as well as inverter gears, but none are used in BuildCraft machines.

Pipe

Wooden tubes are used to suck items from the inventory (or tanks, engines.). They do not connect to each other and their operation requires an engine Redstone or more, or an automatic gate. Wooden tubes are produced in standard, waterproof and conductive design. A wood conductive tube is what the motor must be connected to transfer energy to another location.

The cobblestone pipe is your main transport pipe. They are not connected to stone pipes and are very inexpensive means of moving objects (only objects, without liquid or energy). What flows through the cobbled pipes will slow down and eventually stop flowing.

Stone pipes are slightly better than cobblestones and do not connect with them. They can be made of waterproof or conductive tubes, but they are not as good as the gold version. They also experience resistance and eventually slow down if they travel such distances, but this is not as bad as cobblestone pipes.

Sandstone pipes do not connect to the machine. This makes it very convenient to lay the pipe directly behind the machine or under it, which you do not want to connect to the pipeline network.

Iron pipes are the beginning of your logical system. These are one-way tubes - objects can enter in any direction, but exit only in one direction. To change which side of the output, tap it with a wrench. This is very useful when multiple machines output data to the same location, or when "sequential" configuration is set.

The golden pipe speeds up what passes through it. Make room for a faster flow of your stuff. Gold fluid tubes hold more mB of fluid than other tubes. Gold current-conducting tubes have the smallest amount of energy loss per square meter.

Diamond tubes are the most advanced of all the above. Right-clicking will open up a complex interface that will be very useful when sorting many things on the network. Basically, if you put anything on your diamond tube on the color line, all similar elements will go in that direction. The color is determined by the main direction and is independent of the person or interaction of the player.

Quartz tubes have low resistance, so the object will not slow down the work of other tubes. Quartz tube does not connect to cobblestone or stone tube.

Emzuli tubes are pre-extraction tubes that must be used in conjunction with logical elements to operate. Depending on the color of the four lines, you can select only 4 elements. In addition, this tube can color elements for subsequent routing.

Azure tubes stain objects with selected colors as they pass through. This color can then be used to facilitate routing.

Daizuli tubes direct all objects of the specified color to the selected location.

MJ (Minecraft Jules)

The Redstone engine generates the least amount of energy. It is only good for feeding the pump and the wooden pipe. No, in total they will not give the necessary amount of energy, and it will only delay the operation of your system.

The Stirling engine produces 1 MJ/t and works with anything that can also be used in furnaces such as coal, wood and lava buckets.

The internal combustion engine produces different amounts of MJ depending on the fuel supplied. It can also explode if water is not supplied. The internal combustion engine has the highest theoretical power in MJ/t among engines other than the Railcraft steam engine, which is 6 MJ/t when running on fuel.
