About This Mod
Raises the status of all enemy soldiers to S++ or higher in all categories. Solid Snake and customizable avatars have a similar effect, elevating their status. They also remove negative skills from enemies and speed up the duration of combat skills for all enemies. The skills of artisans remain unchanged.
