About This Mod
Disables S rank penalties for STEALTH, FULTON_MISSILE, PARASITE_CAMO, Helicopter Attack, and Fire Support; Chiken hat and Mugen Bandana penalties are retained. Bonuses for stealth, no killing, and mission completion have been doubled; with reflex, it is possible to achieve perfect stealth without killing. Anxiety and murder are severely punished.
