About This Mod
Removed the awful sound filter for dialog that made enemies and DLC characters sound indistinguishable and "bad".
This also applies to DLC 5.
Experimental: Added a filter to make VB's voice sound "in the cockpit" rather than "in his head like his bipolar ex".
