About This Mod
Clear Night Vision changes the standard night vision mode to provide greater clarity. I have saved the lines of unfold and distortion for digital effect. I then balanced the brightness across the screen to get rid of the bright "spot" in the center, changing the vignette for more functionality in extreme weather and night conditions.
I originally created this mod to be used in conjunction with RainingFire416's Weather Improvement Mod mod (the absolutely stunning mod that makes this mod exist).
I had trouble blurring in the center of the screen when using the default night vision on some maps, then I saw another person with the same problem, so I spent a day dealing with the editor and kind of got carried away.
