About This Mod
This is a user.cfg file designed for players who use the most ultra-graphics. Players using very high or low settings will not see any performance gains as the configuration file was created with the ultragraphic settings in mind. For those players, I would recommend paying attention to Optimized Graphic Presets or Ultimate Performance Graphics.
I created this configuration file because Ultra users don't have any configuration files created specifically for them. The configurations I listed above reduce or disable many graphics effects that do not affect the performance of high-end hardware/ultragraphics. There were other commands in these configurations that really were depressing performance (I'm looking at you, r_BatchType).
