About This Mod
For those who have experienced an issue where all game scenes are automatically locked at 30 fps, this mod allows you to increase this to 144fps (or any other value you want to set) by simply pressing a key each time the scene starts. The default key is F3, which you press each time you start the scene. The fps value to be set is 144fps. If desired, both the key binding and the fps value can be changed by entering the "Cutscene fix" file in the data folder (must be opened in 7zip or similar format. Similarly, change the number 144 to any fps value you want or the key binding, if you want.
When installing, simply drop the extracted "Cutscene Fix" folder directly into the mods folder.
