About This Mod
Add new weapon ratings and powerful new thug groups for HN and Shake.
Add new weapons manufacturers to HN and Sek. They are similar to katun, but differ in their qualities. Each country's troops will use them, making it more likely that its troops will have a higher level.
With his own dialog and knowledge, he has a unique blacksmith in the stack with Admagh. Because Catun is still the primary manufacturer, weapons are rarely found outside their home territory, but at least HN and Shek need not worry about importing weapons or fighting nonsense.
The Horned Devils are a new faction of Shia thugs, composed of rogue elements loyal to General Stein, a former general of Esata who rose up and formed his own civil army after Esata became disillusioned with efforts to hide Shek from a more peaceful faction.
