About This Mod
This changes the population limit and unit limit for all game modes (tutorial / coop / default / skirmish *1).
Place in:
Homeworld 3\Homeworld3\Content\Paks
Homeworld 3\Homeworld3\Content\Paks\~mods
It doesn't matter in which, but the latter option simplifies the organization.
Note: Categories appear to be limited to '200'. The files have been modified correctly, so I don't know what limits them.
*1: These are all pop cap files by name. I don't quite understand what game modes they are used in, but in the campaign they are used "by default".
