About This Mod

This mod implements single-player/multiplayer chess in HoI4.


How to use this mod.


Decisions in Military Chess


Everything is done on the solutions tab (Shift + Q) in the wchess category.


At the beginning of the game, two solutions are displayed:


Start a chess game alone

Join the chess pool.

The first solution is self-explanatory: start the game alone, where you play against both sides.


You can also use this solution when playing with a co-op partner (don't worry, no one will know you're alone (we play HoI4, so it's not a problem)).


The second way is to enter the chess pool.


Chess pool.


When a player enters a chess pool, other players see the decision to challenge that player.


To challenge another player, simply click on the solution. The called player decides whether to decline or accept the call and chooses his or her colors.


The game then starts automatically.

Join the pool and challenge other players in a multiplayer game.
