About This Mod
The Information Age 2018 strives to balance sandbox with realism and aims to be a thrilling geopolitical simulator of 2018. The mod is largely inspired by Geopolitical Simulator 4: Power & Revolution and incorporates cutting-edge political and economic mechanics, dynamic events, geographic changes, and redesigned graphics.
TIA 2018 also aims to completely eliminate the mechanics of the national focus tree and replace it with interactive mechanics, decision-making, events and other gameplay features. The mechanics of the focus tree are simply too linear and limit the possibilities of fashion; TIA 2018 is an innovative mod, which means that we want to think outside the box and implement ideas that other mods do not have.

Significant functional and graphical improvements in nuclear weapons as a means of containing global war, as in real life.
A brand new soundtrack for the game, completely replacing vanilla music.
Several new standard units.
