About This Mod

This fashion changes Millennium Dawn's Japanese national focus to a more historical (but stranger) one.


I first played Millennium Dawn (now a classic game) more than four years ago and was surprised, except for one - a tree of Japanese national orientation.

It had no historical change (as far as I remember, before 2009, there was a constitutional change) and had few signs of real political, social, and natural events in Japan.

So I decided to re-establish Japan’s national focus in historical perspective.

Over the last three years, the real Japan has been full of events.

I've encountered many updates, such as Hoi4, the spectacular merger of Millennium Dawn and Modern Day 4, and annoying real-world incidents.

Therefore, the download of this submodule has been delayed until 2019 for re-gain and reconfiguration.

As the real social situation continues to change, I assure you that this mod will not be finalized definitively - at least until the epic changes of Hearts of Iron V or Millennium Dawn.

There is a lot of missing or incorrect content in the game and reading materials, including detailed text for triggered events and AI movements, zero event descriptions, vague and incomprehensible English, and unexpected global movements despite confirmed story paths.


This mode requires Millennium Dawn: A Modern Day Mod.


Mod is tested on version 1.11.12.
