About This Mod
Hearts of Azeroth is a mod for Hearts of Iron 4 designed to integrate the Warcraft world into the game. All are made in the best traditions of RTS. Compete with unfamiliar armies and nations for new resources and conquer all of Azeroth.
Fashion features.
A completely new map of Azeroth, including the home of the Draenor Orcs, with 1,512 provinces and 13,723 states;
Completely new technology trees, units and buildings;
308 states (relict and playable);
155 unique races governed at the state level that can be replaced by their races or accepted into the nation;
a Westernization mechanism in which advanced nations trump tribal and non-intellectual races;
7 new ideologies around the main forces in the universe: tribes, alliances, Beach, Death, the Old Gods, Titans, non-aligned empires;
Five trees of specialization: four unique and one common;
Two dates for the start of the game: First War and Second War;
Numerous events representing major historical events leading up to World War II;
User resources for the battle;
Unique infantry models representing human knights.
Current trees include the Stormwind Kingdom [World War I only], the Black Mountain Clan, the Marsh Beasts, and the Modern Kingdom of Kaz.
