The White Man's Dream of Victory: Redux is a fashion of alternative history in which Peter Rangel led whites in Russia during the Russian Civil War, much earlier than it was historically, leading to their victory over the Bolshevik Red Army.

In this alternative scenario, General Peter Wrangel led the White Russian Army during the Civil War much earlier than the historical fact, leading to the victory over the Bolshevik Red Army. Since then, he has led a military regime and rules Russia as a supreme leader. To preserve the hard-won peace, he did not try to conquer Ukraine, Finland, or other breakaway states. Instead, he formed a faction known as the Petrograd Pact, which included Ukraine, Belarus, Finland, and Mongolia. In this eastern bloc, member states promised each other protection and close economic cooperation.

But even after the Communist defeat, newborn Russia was not doing well. The Bolshevik rebellion continued to sabotage the regime, leading to economic stagnation, and nobles and generals ruled petty lords at the expense of the common people. With each passing day, it is becoming increasingly clear that Russia is in for a serious transformation.

In this alternate universe, Anastasia Romanova, the daughter of Tsar Nicholas II, manages to survive the execution of her family. She has since gone into hiding, fearing she would be caught by the Bolsheviks who want her dead. The path to it is hidden, but if it is found, it can assume the throne of the Russian Empire as a constitutional monarch!

As a result of peaceful development, Russia will be able to maintain internal stability and democracy, avoid war, and focus on internal development.

Ukraine.

Hetman Skoropadsky's rule in Ukraine has very little support among the population, who are fed up with the leader's Russia policy. It is worth noting that Ukraine has always had a difficult relationship with its eastern neighbor. Most of Ukraine's territory was occupied by neighboring states, including Russia. After the German Empire withdrew from Ukraine, the White Army invaded Crimea with impunity, as well as lands claimed by Ukraine, such as Starodub. The Ukrainian economy has been suffering from stagnation and recession for many years. Trade policy is geared toward the Petrograd Union countries, primarily Russia, and Ukraine is critically dependent on it. All this notwithstanding, with its new leadership, Ukraine will be able to succeed internationally. Ukraine has great prospects for development. If Ukraine changes course, it can recover its lost territories, eliminate Russian influence, and overcome its internal crisis.

Finland.

In the 1920s, the Republic of Finland was overthrown in a coup d'état by the Lapua movement, a nationalist organization led by Marshal Carl Gustav Mannerheim. Mannerheim and Paramount Chief Wrangel’s similar political and worldview views have brought Finland closer to the Russian bloc. However, a republican movement calling for Mannerheim and his Lapua faction to resign and hold elections gained momentum. Even in the conservative camp, there were supporters of the establishment of a Finnish monarchy. Mannerheim's power was weakening by the day. ......
