About This Mod
The rate at which traits are received is linear, regardless of the number of traits received by the general.
In vanilla: "For every skill a general has already acquired, the rate of acquisition of all other skills decreases. For each line the speed is halved, for every two - for a third and so on" (quote from the wiki Hoi4). This mod just removes this decline to improve the gaming experience.
Note: The speed of receiving AI traits will also be adjusted for balance (but AI is still not smart enough to train military commanders).
Maud has been tested on version 1.11.12.
