Waves of time descended upon the crumbling old empire, and a new golden age of kingdoms ensued: the 1815 Congress of Vienna established the Pax Britannica and established Britain, as it is said, as the world controller of the British Isles and its ever-expanding empire. While the British Empire reigned as the world’s greatest power in the shadow of the autonomous states of Germany and Italy, there were calls for freedom and unity after the 1848 revolution. In the New World empires of Spain and Portugal have collapsed, and in South America new states have appeared. In the north, the United States, known as the "land of the free," was concerned about slavery and the consequences of the Manifesto of Destiny at the expense of the indigenous peoples of the West. In the Far East, the shoguns were challenged by the Shogunate Council, Perry and Western weapons were forced into unequal treaties, China was in the midst of a new war over opium and trade, and the Qing and their vassals were challenged by the powers. Recent conflicts have reorganized and mapped the power lines. But in the developing, industrialized world lurks many ancient states ready to explore, conquer, or defeat.

While many other fashions offer drawing cards, our strength is very simple. Instead of drawing a map of the world of your choice, you write your country's national newspapers. You compete with the great powers for prestige and influence, challenge their political power, and determine your place on the world stage. Choose one of a huge number of historically authentic and detailed countries and lead your nation through turbulent and energetic times. Transform your country into a Victorian power by changing the fates of millions of people through political, economic, and diplomatic solutions.

Through political infighting, technological progress, international and industrial competition, Hearts of Iron IV is a book where you can tell your own story, whether it's the story of your country's rise to prosperity or decline. The events you are about to unfold begin with the collapse of India's sovereignty during the infamous Sipai Uprising, when countries will struggle for power and glory, overcoming division and oppression. The battles for Africa determine the winners and losers in the colonial race, and a war that ends all wars awaits those who have soared high. But is it the end or just the beginning? The Future of EoaNB

Recently, the development team decided to shorten the fashion release date to 1930 in order to maximize its potential, optimize our content and make the game dynamic and exciting. In the near future you will surely learn more about it.

If you've been following the evolution of EoaNB, you've probably noticed that we haven't updated new Steam fashion content in a long time. However, this does not mean that the fashion will stagnate. We already have future updates planned:

Extended time frame for all major countries (up to 1885)

Economic systems

The Mechanics of War

Cultural and religious mechanisms

Diplomacy and influence

etc.

The next update will expand many systems, introduced new and optimized content for new fashion goals. v0.3 'Ars Bellica' aka 'The Art of Warfare' update does not yet have a specific release date. But we will refresh the page as soon as this information becomes available. We expect you to write more frequently on various forums. However, we encourage you to join the Discord server to receive more news, communicate with the development team more often, and, if you're interested, help with development and contribute ideas.

Compatibility.

Since EoaNB is a mod with full conversion, please note that most mods that change the game are not compatible with our mod. We also can't promise compatibility with graphic mods and honestly advise not to use anything but fashion to get the best experience.
