About This Mod

In medieval Europe, many maps and atlases were created depicting fantastic lands that awaited Europeans beyond the horizon; in EU III and EUIV Occultus Orbis Terrestre, it was possible to explore these new lands and fight for them. Now, in HOI IV, the OOT world is plunging into World War II. How will these new lands and peoples respond to the greatest power struggle the world has ever known? Communism, Fascism, or Democracy?


AML is a world that once included the mythical Atlantis, Mu and Lemuria. Starting from Moo in East Asia, the AML team is committed to bringing you this world in greater depth, detail, and precision than ever before.

Mu’s continent upgrade will add at least 30 new countries. The continent, roughly the size of South America, divides the once-vast Pacific Ocean into the Pacific Ocean and the Australian Sea. The climate on the continent of Mu is very diverse: from arid deserts to sweltering jungles, from miasma marshes to dusty plains, from sun-drenched beaches to extremely cold mountain peaks.


There are two cultural spheres on the continent: the colonial culture of Europe and the culture of the indigenous or semi-urban inhabitants. The first Mu people are descendants of the first human colonizers who discovered and settled the continent. For millennia, their empire rose and fell, leaving a significant contribution to the continent’s linguistic and genetic underpinnings. About a thousand years ago, the Kanagans’ ancestors, the Polynesians, discovered the continent on a bold ocean voyage. Inspired by his discovery of fertile and rich land, the Kanagans established countries and kingdoms on and off the coast of the continent, moving inland and reclaiming territories from the besieged Muror people.
