I didn't pick anything up. All items that fall out of enemies are in the blacksmith's chest.
I only picked up a few items while playing for Loki.
No side tasks, no items other than mandatory items such as charms, relics, etc.
No improvements, no skills, no knots, no lives, nothing, just the main quest.
